For all recurring classes both private and group, tuition is set on autopay.
Payments are setup with a credit card, debit card, or bank checking account. No credit card, banking info, or other financial information is kept on file by BlackBox Music & Arts. Everything is entered directly, by you, with and encrypted accredited payment processor.
STOPPING OR PAUSING LESSONS
To pause or terminate lessons, simply send us a written notice by email, text or hand delivered 14 days prior to the next 1st of the month of your next billing cycle. Invoices generate automatically, so DO NOT IGNORE SIMPLY YOUR INVOICE or a late fee will be applied. If you wish to return at a future date your account will have a late fee balance.
$50 ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE
One time per year per household family.
PRICING
Tuition payments are due IN FULL at the first of each month whether or not the student takes the first lesson in the month or has a makeup credit. A $15 late fee will be applied to late payments.
MUSIC: ranges from $145 to $260 per month
Private lessons start at $60 per hour
VOICE: ranges from $145 to $260 per month
Private lessons start at $60 per hour
ART: ranges from $90 to $105 per month
Private starts at $40 per hour
ACTING: ranges $290 - for 8 lessons

TYPES OF TUITION
PRIVATE LESSON STUDENTS make the same monthly payment for a total of 48 lessons per year. Holidays and vacations are NOT prorated. Most weeks have 4 lessons, some will have 3 lessons, due to holidays* and teacher vacations which have been calculated into the tuition plan. The weeks that have 5 lessons, will make up for the 3 lesson months. Should you discontinue lessons prior to the full 48 lessons within a 12 month period, simply notify us of your intent to discontinue lessons prior to the next billing cycle. Take any remaining lessons prior to leaving. There are no monetary refunds for lessons paid for but not taken prior to your departure.
GROUP LESSON STUDENTS: Our 4 lesson monthly payment plan applies to group classes only. Families pay for 4 lessons per month. All 4 lessons must be taken within the same month. Holidays and vacations are prorated.
Group lessons offer makeups on the 5th week or in any (same) group class on a different day/time with available slot(s).
