SPRING BREAK Kids Camp in San Antonio — MARCH 9 - 13TH, 2026
BlackBox Music & Arts offers a creative arts summer camp for kids in San Antonio featuring music, theater, art, and performance activities. Camps are designed for children ages 5–14 and run daily from 9:00 am–4:00 pm. Design your own schedule with classes held 9 am to 12 pm and 1pm to 4pm.
We do not charge a registration fee for camps.

Each registration form will allow you to select individual days for the camp or sign up for both full-day sessions.

Music and Arts Adventure Camp - Ages 5 to 14
We do not charge a registration fee for camps.
CHOOSE MUSIC or ART or BOTH. Each registration form will allow you to select individual days for the camp or sign up for both full-day sessions. You will be invoiced for the classes you choose after the form is received.
Campers participate in music and art activities each day, exploring various musical instruments, including drums, piano, ukulele, and guitar, and building foundational vocal skills like pitch and rhythm through the joy of singing in harmony with their friends to their favorite tunes. By adding a splash of paint and encouraging creative expression, along with fun games and laughter, we create a memorable camp experience for everyone.
ART CAMP - $200
Students work with acrylic, watercolor, pastels, colored pencil, mixed media and textiles. Each student will approach daily projects at their own level of skill and ability. Fun-filled day of no-pressure creativity. A small art show will held on Friday.
INTRO TO PIANO - MUSIC CAMP - $200
This is a fantastic opportunity for kids ages 5–14 to explore piano! Campers will learn basic piano skills throughout the week and be introduced to a variety of musical genres and instruments. These may include a rotating combination of ukulele, guitar, electric drums, drum circles, percussion, and music theory activities.*
Combine both camps 9 am to 4 pm – $375
Classes run Monday, March 9th, through Friday, March 13th.
Art: 9 am 12 pm | $200
Music: 1 pm to 4 pm | $200
Both Sessions: 9 am to 4 pm | $375

DISCOUNTS:
Siblings: When registering two or more students, a 10% sibling discount will apply to each student after the first. All supplies are included unless otherwise noted.
Members: If you are already a BlackBox registered member, you will receive an additional 10% discount on top of any sibling discounts you already receive.
Looking for an Acting Camp or Theatre Camp in San Antonio, ages 8 to 14 - You found it!
We do not charge a registration fee for camps.
CHOOSE FILM & ACTING or STAGE ACTING or BOTH.
Calling all future performers! In this energetic and interactive camp, young actors will build confidence, creativity, stage and camera presence while learning the fundamentals of acting.
- Campers will learn how to project their voices clearly and confidently
- Character development
- Where to look, when to pause, and how to stay focused
- How to incorporate movement and expression into performances
- Performance and behind-the-scenes techniques
- Fun theatre activities like storytelling, improvisation, script analysis, and memorization
- Have fun imagining, writing, and becoming a film star in your own creation!
End of SESSION ART SHOW AND PERFORMANCE EVENTS: 4 pm to 5 pm
