Campers learn and create at their own pace
Morning Directed Projects: Guided art, music, and drama activities designed to inspire creativity and build confidence.
Afternoon + Studio Free Time: Campers enjoy games, movies, and/or independent art-making in a relaxed studio setting.
Open Studio Access: The art room remains available throughout the day for those who prefer to continue creating.
Outdoor Play: Supervised outdoor free time (weather permitting) provides balance and fresh air.
$10/Day Early Drop Off at 8 am
$10/Day Late Pick Up at 5 pm
$10/Day 12 pm - 1 pm lunchtime add-on for kids who want to stay from morning camp through lunch hour or drop off before 1 pm camp.
Half-day campers: Pack 1 snack and a refillable water bottle
Full-day campers: Pack 2 snacks, a refillable water bottle, and a nut-free lunch.
Everyone pack sunscreen as needed.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS: You must be 18 or over to agree to our terms. Parents/Guardians must be listed as the primary and secondary contacts for any participant under 18. Any student under 18 who does not have parental/guardian contact will not be accepted to camp.
TUITION
Tuition is for the group class for the first student. Each student, after the first student, receives a 10% discount per class. The discount only applies when registering for the same courses. Supplies included.
Before or after care are in addition to tution fees, except supervised lunch at 12 p.m. for full-day campers.
ATTIRE
Please, NO open-toed shoes. Some activities may take place outdoors, weather permitting. As we are in a natural setting, children may encounter common outdoor elements such as insects and plants with thorns or prickles. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for outdoor play and exploration.
DISCOUNTS
The first child pays full tuition. Each child enrolled after the first will receive a 10% discount for enrollment.
DROP-OFF and PICK-UP
We are not a childcare facility and do not have staff available to supervise students outside of their scheduled class times. Students may not be dropped off more than 10 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled class and should be picked up on time. *Except for registered before and aftercare students.
BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH
12 to 1 pm is applicable as an add-on for qualified students who attend classes ending at 12 pm or are attending other classes beginning at 1 pm.
REFUND POLICY
Registration & Refund Policy
Your child’s registration and tuition secure their place in camp. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations, withdrawals, or missed days. Camp tuition is refundable as follows:
50% refund if canceled 21 days or more before the camp start date.
No refund will be issued within 15 days of the camp start date, except in the event of a BlackBox cancellation.
WHAT IF MY STUDENT CANNOT ATTEND CLASS DUE TO AN UNEXPECTED ILLNES OR FAMILY EMERGENCY?
If your student is unable to attend the class they were previously enrolled in, you may have a few options before the first day of class.
• transfer the student to a different camp or evening class.
• place your funds "on account" for a period of 60 days. Funds will be forfeited after 60 days of non-use.
• transfer the funds or the class spot to another student "attendee" as long as all proper forms have been submitted prior to the start of class
CLASS CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not attained. BlackBox reserves the right to cancel low-enrollment camps, classes or workshops, when necessary, as well as change the time, dates, and locations of offerings.
If a class is canceled or changed, every effort will be made to notify participants by phone, text, and/or email prior to the first session. For canceled classes, a full refund will be granted, or the participant may request to be transferred to another class on a space–available basis.
