What is the $47 registration fee?
This is an administrative fee that helps us maintain the general function of the studio.
Do you have long term contracts?
No, we offer lessons on a month to month basis. You may discontinue taking lessons at anytime. We do not give refunds so you should continue until you have completed the month. Make sure to speak with the administrator if you are having an issue we might resolve.
What do you charge for Music lessons in piano, guitar, violin, saxophone or voice?
Please refer to our tuition page. Tuition is paid monthly at the 1st of the month. Months with 5 weeks incur the additional 5th lesson half hour or hourly fee.
What do you charge for Acting Lessons?
Please refer to our tuition page. Tuition is paid monthly at the 1st of the month. Months with 5 weeks incur the additional 5th lesson fee.
What do you charge for Art Lessons?

Can the instructor give lessons in my home? NO. We believe the studio environment is best and offers fewer distractions.
Can I take private music lessons every other week?
YES. However, you will be charged the 4 week lesson rate and will need to take no less than two 1 hour lessons at the half hour rate. Please see our Tuition page.
What times do you offer private lessons?
Though instructor times vary, We can accommodate most private lessons Monday – Friday 2pm to 8pm. Saturdays 11 am to 6pm. Some instructors do offer lessons on Sunday but those slots are limited. Actual times depend on the instructor and room availability.
Do you offer trial lessons?
As a new first time student considering voice or music, you will have an opportunity to meet with the director and an instructor and to discuss your goals, expectations while receiving feedback on your current potential. FREE trial lessons lasts approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Paid trials last the duration of the class. Any trial lessons that is cancelled with less than 24hr. notice may be reschedule with a $16 fee for the lesson. Only one free lesson per student. If you would like to try out multiple musical options each additional trial after the first is $15.45. Contact the studio at 210-660-3838 and we'll set up a day and time for you.
Trials for GROUP classes require payment of the class at the trial rate. However, we will waive the registration for the trial class. Please see tuition page

Are supplies included in your class fees?
Classes that require supplies generally offer an option for reimbursement to instructor the first day of class or a list to bring your own. Each class varies so instructors will be able to provide you with specifics pertaining to your class.
What is the latest I can register for group classes?
Registration cut off varies per class. Some classes may allow same day registration if there is a spot available, while other classes require an exact count for specific supplies and will have an earlier cut off. Please see the website for specifics pertaining to your class.
How many students do you have per class?
Our classes are intentionally kept small to allow for some one-on-one instruction. Most classes cap at 8–12 students but some may vary slightly.
Something unexpected came up. Can I get a refund on classes?
We do not offer refunds but you may apply funds to another class(es), gift the class to someone else, or apply funds to our merchandise.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards. Cash price a re 3% less. There is a $35 return check fee.
What is your policy for late pick up from class?
Your child’s safety is our number one concern, so we will not release any child until you arrive for pickup. However, we do not offer after class care. You will be charged a $1 per minute beginning 10 minutes after class has been dismissed.
Do you offer military or senior discounts?
We are sorry, but as a small, growing business we are unable to offer these types of special discounts at this time.
Do you offer sibling/family discounts?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount for each student after the first.
Do you have a wait list for classes that are full? Yes.
What is the attire for art class? Students should dress comfortably. Although we offer aprons/smocks, we find that students generally prefer not to wear them but rather wear clothing they don’t mind getting stained.
Do you have recitals and art exhibitions? Yes, we have recitals two times per year plus a few opportunities for students to perform outside the studio.
Do your performers participate in competitions? Our focus is teaching the fundamentals of the visual and performing arts, and building confidence by encouraging students to focus on their unique strengths. Occasionally however, an instructor may pass on information regarding competitions.
